Three police visits in four hours. My neighbor is such an asshole. He trashed the people across the street's front yard screaming obscenities. My brother called the police, that was visit one. He was gone by the time the police got there. Visit two was when the people across the street got home. And visit three was just a minute ago after the neighbor got back and started screaming at the people across the street. He left before the cops arrived again.

From a fun cracked article about cognitive biases. This is a topic I think its important to be familiar with to understand some of why our world is so fucking awful all the time.
